There are hundreds of tiny Piazzo (Plazas) in Venice where locals like to
stop after a busy day to have a cup of good Italian coffee and enjoy the
company of their friends and neighbors. They usually stop in one of the
variety cozy outdoor cafes and share their news, gossips, or just chat
about almost everything.
For Magic of Venezia all our clients are good
old friends and we love to hear from you. We invite you to our virtual
Customers Plaza to share your thoughts about our website, products, and
customer service, your ideas and suggestions, your impressions and
excitation from the last costume party you have attempted and still
excited about. Your opinion is very important for us.
We hope that you enjoyed your party and if you wish to share the
pictures of you wearing beautiful Venetian Mask
you have purchased from Magic of Venezia they are welcome.

I am thrilled to find your site! I am ordering 2 masks to add to my collection of art/glass pieces I have brought back from my own trips to Venice. I hoped to make it back there this year, but it is not to be. Browsing your beautiful mask collection has softened my disappointment...thank you!
I get a sense that Venice has touched your heart as it has mine. I'm looking forward to visiting again, to see your new things.
Wish I was there with you!

I've seen carnival style masks before, plastic replicas though. I am very happy we ordered instead from you. These masks are so much nicer. My wife is thrilled. These days it is nice to find a company that is what they say they are.
Thanks,
Doug

Hi Sergio,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you in regards to the masks that you sold me and my fiance for the Playboy Mansion Maquarade ball! I'm still recovering. The masks you sent us were of very high quality and their authenticity is undisputable! I recieved many complements on the mask and was told several times that it was the best mask at the party! If there would have been a mask contest, your mask would have definitely got 1st! Needless to say these mask are now decorating our wall at home and are quite the center of of attention. Thanks for making our our memories of that magical evening even better. Whenever we go to maquerade party's you'll be the 1st person we call!
Leo and Cathy.
P.S. Getting any new masks? We might throw our own masquerade party over the summer.

Good morning, I am writing from New Zealand and was very surprised to see you have a mask called "Volto Maori" amongst your beautiful masks. As I am a New Zealand Maori of Maori descent and native to New Zealand, I found this exceptionally fascinating that you have this mask in stock. Is there a story behind this particular mask? Any information you can pass onto me regarding the mask would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for displaying Volto Maori, it was great to see.

Dear Magic of Venezia,
I want to thank you for the Volto piume mask I ordered and received.
The quality is phenomenal. The models I commission for my artwork will be blown away when they see this very mask has been added to my props/costume collection for models to use during photo reference shoots. It turns out that a lot of the models I work with are fans of Stanley Kubrick's movie Eyes Wides Shut and would love to play "dress-up" wearing this very mask paying homage to his EWS movie.
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Alan Dyson - artist
